Casa Ceramica ltd was established in Uganda since 2015, headquartered in Kampala plot 78-84, 6th street industrial area Kampala (ABC Group Uganda).
The company deals in various products like tiles, sanitary wares, bathroom fittings and accessories, Germany Kitchens and others
Experience and Other requirements:
* Computer literate, able to use of Microsoft office Applications (MS Excel, MS Word)
* Professionalism, Integrity, team spirit
* Good communication skills
* Objective and independent
* Problem solving skills
* Confidence, patience, politeness when dealing with difficult situations
* 2+ years of experience in the related field
Qualifications:
* Degree/Diploma in related field
RESPONSIBILITEIES:
* Provide a strategic, efficient and flexible procurement service which will deliver optimum value for money, cost savings and best quality of service.
* Advise and support staff in procurements and supplier relationships helping to drive better procurement practice.
* Ensure purchases are properly approved.
* supervising the procurement of goods and services and other procurement activities as directed by the Procurement Manager
* Handling the whole procurement process from purchase order to final clearance of shipment
* Leading and monitoring supplier relationships
* Assisting in the implementation of supplier contracts
* Assisting in the development of internal procedures and documentation
* Receives the damages report from the store manager, posts it to tally and files it.
* Checking, filing and arranging the import documents.
* Assigning the transporter and clearing agent.
* Accepting the requisition forms and suppling the products as required.
* Doing the emailing to different suppliers.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
