Overview
We are looking for a Warehouse Officer who is enthusiastic about optimizing warehouse operations in a dynamic environment. As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for system updates, order/dispatch trackers, resolving dispatch issues, and assisting in stock takes.
What you will do
• Your responsibilities will include processing orders and receiving deliveries from suppliers on our systems. You will include the shipping on the systems and trackers, and assist in resolving dispatch queries from the field.
• You will facilitate stock transfers to support order dispatch, ensuring precise stock movement within the warehouse while maintaining integrity.
• Additionally, you will participate in the monthly stock-take cycle counts and reconciliation, monitoring stock levels, and initiating order replenishments as needed.
• You will also be monitoring reverse logistics processes to ensure proper procedure adherence.
• Lastly, you will uphold warehouse quality standards and adherence to 6s Kaizen Principles. Your qualifications and experience
• You have a Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management degree, and at least six months of operational experience, preferably in a warehouse.
• You have proficiency in using Inventory Management Systems and Microsoft Excel which are essential in ensuring effective data management and analysis of tasks.
• You possess a quick learning ability, a positive attitude, flexibility, and unwavering integrity.
